My journey into massage therapy began at Caldwell Community College, where I graduated in January 2021. Drawn to this profession by a deep appreciation for its positive impact on overall health and pain management, I am dedicated to providing high-quality treatments that foster both relaxation and healing.

I believe in tailoring each session to your unique needs, listening attentively to your concerns and proactively identifying areas that may benefit from focused attention.

 

While I offer full-body massage, my expertise lies in trigger point therapy and targeted pain relief for the shoulders, calves, and neck. I also incorporate cupping to enhance muscular release without the discomfort sometimes associated with deep tissue work.

Additionally, I completed my MLD training in early 2022 and am pleased to offer Manual Lymph Drainage to clients seeking relief from swelling and support in their post-surgery recovery.
